Callum Cintron (They/Them) completed undergraduate studies in Anthropology and Natural Resources. They are currently the Forestry, Fire and Climate Tribal Liaison at Northern Arizona University. Their work involves communications, outreach and relationship-building to aid in forest, fire and climate resilience. Callum engages in collaboration, education and program development to serve Tribal needs and incorporate Indigenous Knowledge into climate protection initiatives. Their professional experience has encompassed numerous fields including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), social justice and outdoor recreation. Callum’s volunteer experience includes human-wildlife conflict prevention, nonprofit operations, DEI, pipeline resistance and Missing and Murdered Indigenous Relatives.
